Qualifying Items include, but are not strictly limited to clothing, apparel, books, instruments (rental fees do not qualify), dinnerware, bags, and accessories.

Food, Drinks, Admission, and Rental Fees are NOT eligible purchases.

​

Controlled items such as alcohol, marijuana, or firearms are NOT eligible purchases.

​

Raffle tickets are handed out for each individual transaction over $20, limit one raffle ticket per transaction. 

​

Only 400 raffles tickets are available.

To receive free entry to the 2019 Spooky Good Raffle by the Pendleton Downtown Association please visit our Office at 365 S Main St. Pendleton, OR 97801 during office hours (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday) we often have meetings throughout the day, so if we are not there please call us to find out when we will be back.

Winners need not be present. Winners will be notified by the requested contact method according to their ticket. Winners can claim their prize from the PDA Office at 365 S. Main St. Pendleton, OR 97801.
